Who can be referred?
We accept referrals for individuals who meet our eligibility criteria and would benefit from supported accommodation.
- Individual is aged 18 or over (or 16+ with appropriate support arrangements)
- Has a identified housing need requiring supported accommodation
- Is willing to engage with support services as required
- Does not pose an unacceptable risk to other residents or staff
- Has a referring organisation or support provider involved in their care
- Meets any specific criteria set by the commissioning local authority
